  • Each product’s measurements are provided in the description. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and selected your size accordingly. We are not responsible if the chosen size does not fit.
  • There is a size tolerance of ±5% between the stated measurements and the actual product
  • Due to differences in monitors and browsers, the colors displayed may vary slightly and may not perfectly match the actual product.
  • Order details (name, phone number, address, and selected products) cannot be changed once the order is placed.
  • Orders that have been processed and match the purchase cannot be returned, except if the item received is incorrect.

Complaints

  • An unboxing video is required for any complaint, submitted within a maximum of 48 hours (2×24 hours) after receiving the package. Without a video, returns or exchanges will not be accepted
  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
    (Items must remain in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with the shipping label intact.)
  • Requests for size or color changes are not accepted.
  • For returns, customers are responsible for their own shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

FAQs

  1. How do I choose the right size?
    Measure your body using the provided guide, then match your measurements with the size chart listed in each product description. If a size is shown as a range, it means the material is stretchable.
    (Example: Bust 80–88 cm means the measurement is 80 cm at rest and can stretch up to 88 cm.)
  2. Can I cancel or modify my order?
    Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please make sure to review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
  3. What if the item I receive doesn’t fit?
    All purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  4. Shipping Schedule:
    Orders placed before 12:00 will be shipped on the same day, while orders placed after 12:00 will be shipped the following day.
    Monday – Saturday (Packages are picked up in the afternoon, and tracking updates are provided at night)
    No shipping on Sundays and public holidays.
